Refund & Cancellation Policy

What this covers. This policy applies to all digital products, downloads, and templates sold on businessgrowthtemplates.com by Business Growth Templates.

Refund window. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Requests are made by emailing support@businessgrowthtemplates.com from the address used at checkout, with your order number. We respond to every request within two business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.

Digital delivery and your right to refund. Because our products are delivered immediately, we ask that you tell us what did not work for you. We do not require you to prove non-use, and we do not withhold refunds on the basis of how much of a file you accessed.

Subscriptions. Where a subscription plan is offered, it renews automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support@businessgrowthtemplates.com. Cancellation stops all future charges. It takes effect at the end of the paid period already in progress, and you keep access until then. We do not pro-rate partial periods unless required by law. Cancelling is as easy as subscribing — no phone call, no retention interview, no additional steps beyond the ones you used to sign up.

License on refund. Where a refund is issued, the license granted with the product terminates and you agree to delete downloaded files and stop using the materials.

Chargebacks. If something has gone wrong, please contact us first. We would rather fix it. Filing a chargeback without contacting us delays resolution for everyone.
