What you receive. Each product page states the exact file formats, page counts, or item list included. What is on that page is what you get.

When you receive it. Files are delivered as an instant digital download immediately after checkout. Access details and download links are emailed to the address used at checkout, normally within minutes of payment clearing.

If it does not arrive. Check your spam folder first, then email support@businessgrowthtemplates.com with your order number. We re-send manually within one business day.

How long you keep access. One-time purchases include lifetime access to the version you bought and to any updates we publish to it.

What you can do with it. Governed by our License Terms. Personal and single-business use is permitted; resale, redistribution, and inclusion in competing products are not.

System requirements. Stated on each product page where relevant. We do not refund for a failure to check them, but we will always help you get the file open.
